As far as I know, all Vilnius streetlights were completely renovated (replaced) twice: in 1976 and last decade (I think 1997-1999).

Almost all low poles ("park style") were lengthened in order to increase lanterns' protection against vandals.
Two different models of streetlights were installed on lengthened (different heihgt) poles:

Very nice photos, on your first photo there are very nice lanterns OUS250 or OUS400 Strada, on your second, and third photo are one of the most ugly lanterns OUSe (also known as Leda), two last photos shows old version of OCP lantern.

Leda which is presented on your second photo has some pollutions in the cluster :mrgreen:
