There is the same german lantern mande by Siemens http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery ... pos=-49318 But theese soviet are made by Elektrosvit in Chekoslovakia, I don't know, maybe it's a copy of Siemens. Some old german hang lanterns Narva LBL 5 213-2006-28 (02 31 6) in village. Till year ~2000 theese Narvas were popular in Vilnius and Kaunas centers and old towns. Now they are replaced mostly to Elgo "Metis Small". This type of LBL also has smaller (125 W) version - VEB Narva LBL 02 31 4 (http://fotkidepo.ru/?id=photo:608616) , but in Lithuania I have never seen it.

In one city found an abandoned line of old russian fluorescents - SKZL 3x80 W. It is amazing, that fixtures are not in use for long time, but are in very good condition








SKZL are quite similar to polish OUSF, but it is interesting, why OUSF were only for 40 W lamps? Weren't 80 or 65 W fluorescent lamps in Poland in 60's?

In 60' produced only 20,25 and 40W tubes

80W is a nice power, shame that those fixtures aren't working. Interestingly those tubes on photos don't look longer than 40W tubes.
